Updates ensure that your eBike is always up to date and gets even better. You can simply download new eBike functions and transfer them to your eBike via Bluetooth.

When a new software update is available, you are notified on the home screen of the eBike Flow app. You can also search for updates manually in the settings or activate automatic updates. This means that new software updates are downloaded automatically.

Once the software update has been downloaded, it is transferred to the eBike via Bluetooth. You can view the current progress at any time on the home screen. Note: Please do not move the eBike during installation and do not remove any components.

Transparent maintenance with foresight

With the digital service book, your Bosch eBike dealer can enter the information about your service appointments in the eBike Flow app. Simply tap on "My eBike” in the app settings to find documentation of the work performed on your eBike during maintenance.
